Join us every other Friday for Yoga & Mocktails at 6:15PM (ONSITE). Gentle Yoga on Fridays, is STBB's Yoga Social Hour. A yoga class that is for every level of student, but mostly we'd love to have Beginners, or Newbies try this class.
We offer a non intimidating safe environment, an opportunity to meet new Yogi's, and take a refreshing Yoga class. STBB will provide FREE non-alcoholic Mocktails, but you are welcomed to bring your own sippie cups. Come join us for one of the coolest Yoga classes you'll ever take, while meeting new friends.
New Students are welcome to try a class at STBB Yoga Studios, with one of our Advanced Instructors. We are now accepting Drop Ins & Non Members.
An effective Gentle Yoga class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. Gentle yoga is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Mats provided, but you are welcomed to bring a pillow to support meditation.
