Beginner friendly yoga
Seek out our level 1 classes for a slower pace and more focus on the basics of yoga & healthy alignment. Slow Vinyasa, Vinyasa 1 & Gentle Yoga are great fits for those looking for a mindful pace that welcomes beginners.

Bring balance to the hectic pace of the city in one of our soothing classes! For super chill classes - we offer Flow & Stretch, and Gentle Yoga both these classes will bring you a heightened sense of well being & peace.
Energize, strengthen & tone
Our faster paced classes are athletic in nature helping you build strength, confidence & grace in your body and mind. Try our Bodyflow or Vinyasa Yoga. Our level 1 Vinyasa or Slow Vinyasa class will prepare you to venture into these offerings!
Flexibility & stretching
In every yoga class you will have ample opportunity to increase healthy flexibility in both body and mind. Depending on your mood and intention you may enjoy our faster paced classes like Vinyasa or Bodyflow or seek to dive into more relaxing opportunities like Gentle or Flow & Stretch class to practice more seated and reclining poses with longer held stretches.
Healing from pain & disease
Our restorative classes such as Stretch and Flow, Kripalu Yoga, and Gentle Flow encourage the mind and body to gently stretch and move in ways that encourage healing. Look for our Yoga Reset Workshop or any of our therapeutic workshops that pay special attention to the structural nature of poses so your body can naturally realign itself in healthy patterns.

Vinyasa, lvl 1-3
Suitable for all levels but those new to yoga should start with Vinyasa Level 1. As you mindfully integrate movement and breath, this Vinyasa class is aimed at the seasoned beginner who has Level 1 experience and intermediate practitioners who are ready to expand their yoga practice. These classes begin to encourage practitioners to explore getting upside-down and may incorporate some arm balances and deeper backbends. We recommend that students seeking to take these classes feel confident, safe, and strong throughout classic sun salutations.
Restorative yoga is an excellent way to relieve stress and enjoy long, meditative stretches that will allow your muscles to relax deeply. This restorative Yoga practice is a complement to our existing more active yoga programs (as well as our busy lives) and an excellent antidote to stress. Stillness is a powerful practice. Mats, Towels, Blankets Available - Feel free to bring your own Pillow or Bolster to use during class. Bolsters will be available for Sale.
Yin Yoga & Meditation (Restorative)
Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy. An added Meditation component makes this class a very restorative and healing focused Yoga practice.
Good choice for beginner & new to Yoga.
An effective Gentle Yoga class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, non-competitive environment that is welcoming to all. ... Gentle yoga is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Mats provided, but you are welcomed to bring a pillow to support meditation.
Stretch & Release
Suitable for all levels
A yoga practice that will delve into some good hip, low back, hamstring stretches. Great for everyone who would like to increase mobility and flexibility. A practice that helps you maintain and control your breath, and build determination. Instructor will help you intensify and deepen your stretches using props, bands and blocks for further support. You will mindfully hold postures for several breaths, awakening your body and clearing your mind to explore the details of each posture at a comfortable pace. Expect deep hip, back and leg openings with longer holds to gain strength and increased mobility. This will be a truly invigorating class and you will find true balance in this restorative meditation. Great for all levels
Yoga & Pilates
Suitable for all levels
The practice of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic balance that brings the body into a state of harmony. This form of practice aims to reduce stress levels and improve your mental well-being.
Active beginners are welcome to join this multi-level class. Both modifications and challenges to the poses are available to make the class appropriate for varying levels of practice

This Yoga class is a mix of strength building Yoga poses and Pilates exercises which sculpts and tones the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body.
A full body active Yoga class that brings a variety of different movements together, to help you lose fat and shape your body with a refreshing & deep stretch to end class.
